Responsibilities of Patients

We request that our staff are courteous at all times and politely request the same of our patients. This is a family practice and we will not tolerate violent, abusive or sexually inappropriate behaviour. Any occurrences will result in the patients being removed from the list.

We believe it is reasonable to expect high standards of health care and all our staff work hard to achieve this.
