Zero Tolerance of Violent & Abusive Behaviour

Our Practice operates a Zero Tolerance policy on violent and abusive behaviour at the surgery. Any personal, abusive or aggressive comments, any use of bad language, or any physical or aggressive actions directed towards our Doctors, staff members, or other patients at the practice will result in the immediate removal of the patient from the practice list.

In the instance of physical abuse on any Doctor, staff member, or other patients at the practice, or their relatives will be reported to the police.
